How to Do a 5-Minute Updo in another way

To create volume and lift for you updo, tease roots with a fine-tooth comb in the front, on the sides and along the crown. If your hair is fine or you conditioned it recently, use a dry shampoo first to create texture. This will make teasing it easier.
To tease your hair, divide it into small sections and drag the comb up and down the first two inches of the roots.

THE EFFECT OF ABATTOIR ON NEW OKO-OBA RESIDENTS AND ENVIRONS

The residents of the new Oko Oba especially the residents of Millennium Housing Estate who are direct neighbour of the abattoir express their grievances on a daily basis on how they have to inhale all kinds of stench coming out from the abattoir.

The Lagos state abattoir oko/oba is the only government to approved abattoir in the whole of Lagos which means other abattoir in Lagos are illegal.

This is why it is appropriate for the government to pay attention to the upkeep of the abattoir in terms of disposal of waste and general cleanliness. This is because the abattoir releases a lot of smell and they throw their dirts in the gutters which in turn affect the residents of new oko oba.

While some of this residents are used to this bad smeel already, others are counting their days in the neighborhood hoping to move out soon.
